EVOlite Skyworker Industrial Height Safety Helmet

Der EVOlite Skyworker ist ein Schutzhelm, der von Grund auf für Arbeiten in der Höhe entwickelt wurde. Er nutzt die ultraleichte Schale des Standard-EVOlite, verstärkt durch einen leichten und dennoch stabilen EPS-Innenschutz, der den nach EN12492 geforderten zusätzlichen Seitenschutz bietet.

Ein 4-Punkt-Kinnriemen mit Schnellverschluss sorgt dafür, dass der Helm fest auf dem Kopf sitzt. Der Kinnriemen entspricht EN 12492, d. h. er reißt erst bei einer Kraft von über 500 Newton. Aufgrund dieser hohen Reißkraft ist der Kinnriemen des Helms jedoch nicht konform mit EN397. Wenn Sie den Helm auch auf Bodenniveau tragen möchten, sollten Sie daher einen Helm mit DualSwitch-Kinnriemensystem in Betracht ziehen.

Der Mikroschirm ermöglicht eine gute Sicht nach oben, ohne den Kopf weit in den Nacken legen zu müssen. Diese Ausführung verfügt zudem über eine belüftete Helmkuppel für bessere Luftzirkulation und eine Drehradverstellung – beides sorgt für hohen Tragekomfort. Der JSP EVOlite Skyworker ist eine hervorragende Wahl für industrielle und gewerbliche Arbeiten in der Höhe und eignet sich ebenso für Bergsport, Rettungseinsätze und Freizeitaktivitäten.

Lightweight

The ABS shell of this helmet is reinforced with an EPS liner that works together to produce a lightweight yet capable defence against impacts from all angles.

6-Point Head Cradle

A comfortable 6-point fabric internal harness ensures that the wearer is always comfortable. It keeps the safety shell away from the crown of the head and helps absorb impacts.

Chamlon Sweatband

Includes an easy-to-replace Egyptian cotton sweatband with a PU coating. It is dermatologically tested and wicks away sweat keeping your forehead dry and helmet comfortable.

Vented

This helmet features air vents along the top ridge, allowing hot air to naturally circulate freely out of the helmet, drawing in cooler air. This convection cools the helmet interior.

3D Adjustment

The internal harness is vertically adjustable within the outer shell. Choose from three vertical positions by independently adjusting the poppers on each corner of the helmet.

Wheel Ratchet

A rotating wheel ratchet at the rear of the helmet facilitates easy adjustment, ensuring a secure fit. The ratchet can be one-hand adjusted with incredible granularity.

Universal Accessory Slots

Surefit universal accessory slots allow you to use JSP’s range of ear defenders and visors without compromising the performance or comfort of the helmet.

Four Point Harness

A mountaineering style four-point chin strap ensures that the helmet stays firmly in place in the event of a fall. Compliant with EN12942 requiring more than 500 newtons to break.

Branding Area

We can apply company logos to this helmet in four locations, including the front, back, and sides, ensuring everyone sees your branding from all directions.

Micro Peak

A short profile peak allows the wearer to look upward without tilting the head back; this is essential for working at height and communicating with colleagues above you.
