Sometimes referred to as a Hi Vis waistcoat our range of high quality vests will ensure you can be seen when working on site. Vests are one of the most common types of hi visibility clothing because they are suitable for a wide range of applications and can be worn over normal clothing, workwear or suits to provide instant visibility.
All of our hi vis vests are certified to EN ISO 20471, meeting the requirements for high-visibility PPE within the EU. Selected orange vests are also compliant with the RIS-3279 standard.
Available in Yellow and Orange, our range of Hi Vis Waistcoats are ideal for a huge array of industries, including warehousing, transport, construction, demolition, manufacturing and education. If you have any questions about hi vis safety vests then please do not hesitate to contact our friendly sales team and ask.
Our hi vis vests are fully compliant with all relevant UK requirements, ensuring you stay safe and meet all necessary safety requirements whilst on the job.
We only work with the best brands that produce the most vibrant, luminous “day glo” garments. When you view our Hi Vis Vests next to market alternatives, the differences are clear.
Our hi vis vests feature quality branded reflective materials from trusted brands such as RFX, ensuring that reflective performance goes above and beyond.
A good quality hi vis vest should be durable yet lightweight, ensuring it does not become uncomfortable during long hours of work.
Having pockets on your vest is certainly not a necessity, but it does make keeping essentials like ID’s and passes close at hand.
Better quality hi vis vests include a zip up front, this is more durable and less likely to come loose than the velcro fastening found on many vests.
Some vests feature strategically placed poppers (press studs) that will come undone should you get caught up in a vehicle or passing equipment.
Cleaning hi vis vests is relatively simple. Most garments will be fine to wash at 40 degrees with a non-biological powder. All good quality hi visibility clothing will come with care instructions, normally as part of their data or specification sheet, so it is best to check this as care requirements can change from item to item.
Some common things that you should never do include; Tumble drying, dry cleaning, bleaching, ironing and the use of fabric softener. All of these can have a significant impact on the luminosity and performance of the reflective tape.
Well, we may be biased, but you should always buy any PPE from a reputable company like us, as we have years of experience selling quality safety items. We do not sell inferior products that won't have support or will fail within days, something that non-specialists often do.
With a range of jackets suitable for all weather conditions, we will have what you need.
If you need full body covering but still need to be seen, then this is the place to look.
