Shipping policy

We aim to be transparent with our shipping rates and just ‘pass on’ the cost of shipping to you. Most areas of Bulgaria and European Union countries are covered with our shipping rates which are calculated on checkout. Standard Delivery

Within Bulgaria, we offer next working day (Monday-Friday excluding national holidays) delivery on most stock items when ordering before 2PM. Our online store also may be able to offer the following options:

• Same Day - Call for details
• AM delivery before 12:00 - Call for details
• AM Saturday delivery before 12:00
• Economy 2 – 3 day delivery

If you require same day, pre-9:00, pre-10:00 or other requirements for delivery please email us at sales@startsafety.eu with your shipping address and a list of items you wish to purchase.

Collection from Start Safety

We are happy for customers to collect their orders from us - If you would like to collect an item from our warehouse in Varna, Bulgaria, please go through checkout and select the 'Pickup from Store' option. Alternatively, phone us!

International Shipping and Exports

If you require any items shipping to locations outside the EU, then please get in touch and we will be more than happy to provide you with a price.

Special Instructions

If you have any special instructions relating to the order, or relating to the delivery please enter them in the 'Special Instructions' box upon checkout. If you would like the parcel or pallet to be left in a specific place, the delivery will be left at your own risk.
