The JSP K2 Twin Fall arrest lanyard takes the fall arrest lanyard to new heights. The lanyard features an elasticated webbing section that “self-tidies”, ideal for those that do not want a long 2m lanyard dangling around their feet whilst working. The shock absorber block is also integrated into a section of the retractable length, again cutting down on what can often be a considerable bulk on the lanyard.

In addition to these great “self-managing” features, the K2 2m single fall arrest lanyard has a pair oflightweight aluminium scaffold hooks and quarter turn gate connector, allowing secure connections to be made to a variety of anchor points. The aluminium connectors also help make it one of the lightest 2m fall arresters in the JSP range at only 1.75kg.

When relaxed, the lanyard contracts to roughly a 1.5m length and when in tension, it expands to 2.0m. Of course, during a fall event, as with any fall arrest equipment with a shock absorber element, you will have to allow more free space for the shock absorber to expand.
